Did you try replacing the fuse anyways???? sometimes fuses can look like there ok but there really not... had that happen a few times.... also, if worse comes to worse.. try checking all the fuses looking for blown ones.. in the past i have found blown fuses marked for other things that where not even closely related to what i was trying to fix and once i replaced the fuse it worked....

Does the radio light up? If so, what does the display say?

Thats weird, last week, got in my '03 Silverado, and i always leave my radio on. got in, and nothing. Everything was lit up, volume doo hicky went up n down as i turned volume up or down, i pushed every button i could, switched from AM to FM, even the CD player and still nothing. I figured, well, time for an aftermarket radio. Next day, got in the truck, it was working fine. ????????????????????????????? I DUNNNNNNOOOOOOO

I would pull the radio and see if I had power to it. If you say you just bought it maybe the previous owner had an aftermarket stereo and didn't connect something back . They are super easy to remove.
