I'm thinkin about gettin some edelbrock shorty headers. how much would it cost to have them installed?

It's gonna vary so much from area to area, that you are really wasting your time asking us. Your better off just calling up some local shops and asking them yourself. Some shops might charge you $100, some might charge you $200... you just gotta call them and ask.

They are not hard to install. If you have any bit of mechanical knowledge you can do it.

I called some shops when I got my shorties I got quotes from $180 to $450.I installed them with some help from a buddy mechanic in his shop.If u dnt have the right tools then its really frustrating.

I did mine with no special tools, except a 45 degree socket. Just make sure its good quality as I broke the cheap one.

Well you gotta have the right wrench for the O2 sensors as well. Doesn't that take some sort of specialty O2 sensor wrench?

U dont take off your 02 sensors for shorties.

I thought we had O2 sensors mounted on the manifolds for some reason. I'll have to pay more attention next time I'm under the hood.

I had alot of trouble finding a shop for my car the all said they wouldnt touch headers on anything to much problems.
