New job, big plans

RE: New job, big plans
Well I finally finished the 2 week probationary period at work and got the pay I was supposed to get. I'm going to tone this down a bit and get a WS.6 since that's what I was going to get eventually. Still gonna keep the truck, always wanted a 98-02 TA but I'd set it on fire if it would save my truck.
The fuel system idea sounds great could you give me some more info on that charger? Gear vendors sound nice but I'm sure there's more problems in the drive train area than my somehow still functioning clutch. Transmission will grind hard going into 3rd and at certain RPM's it won't engage, truck also gets really jerky at slow speeds in certain gears and can will buck sometimes so I'm gonna go ahead and solve it with a T-56.

Also don't recommend the F-body. They are fun but not practical. Most of the body is plastic for one. Two, cops watch u like a hawk. Three, to pull the engine you have to dissasemble dang near the enitre frontclip! Theinteriors are made out of the cheapest plastic you can possibly imagine. Had one, loved it, got rid of it in less than a year. That say anything?
Buy a turbo Supra!

I know what you mean about the F body problems, the interior in my truck is better and I went with base interior lol. I plan to do an interior up grade along with upgrading the enviormental and light controls since they look really crappy. I got the attention one covered already my truck gets alot of attention in my area so the cops already know it. I waive at them when I see them so they ignore me, except for the charger driver that stopped me because he wanted to see the truck With the police I find with non tinted windows it takes alot of the mystery out.
I do like the Supra when I was staioned in Japan me and a buddy co-owned a 98 GTR Skyline, we had the sucker at 650 RWHP. I want a 300zx too but I still love the TA's faults and all. I'll check back with Blood enterprises after I get the nice checks about the fuel system.

Cam, roller rockers, pushrods, springs, CAI,Nelson or custom Tune like I was mentioning in my PM and you will have a high/mid 13s all motor 4.8 which is why I wanted to do that stuff to mine along with the tranny rebuild and a higher stall. Get the juice and you might be able to see a high 12s though Im not a juicer... :P

Ditch your LSD for the Eaton locker/posi then look for old slicks and you will have a sweet setup to start crankin on. Man my truck is 400 pounds heavier than yours, probly the 4 wheel setup that added the weight. I could see high 12s on juice and bolt ons + Eaton though all motor you know you will have to replace your low end along with pistons to see high 12s(and maybe 4.10 or 4.56 rear). Alotta money for 12s all motor off the 4.8 imo. >.>

I was hoping not to have to replace alot of stuff in the engine since I plan on building the TA up. I was shooting for 480 RWHP give or take a bit found out the new skyline is putting out the same or a little less at the same weight along with many other new cars and models. The Eaton sounds like a good choice too.

You know my 87 Supra has 4.30 gears in the rear end stock? LOL, I ain't kidding ya either.
I'm actually contemplating doing a pre-86(carburated) 350 swap into it. The turbo motor is tempting but it'll probably cost me the same to wedge a 350 in it and it would be way more fun.
Hey just for kicks and grins, check this Supra out: http://www.sdsefi.com/features/dec00supra.htm
My Supra actually looks identical to his except without all the oxidization on the hood.
