Oh yes Ladies and Gents, it's that time of year again when we get to celebrate parking likea man.
'Park Like a Man Day' is simple in concept. In the coming weeks, any time you stop your truck to hop out and run into a grocery store, return a rented DVD, knock an old lady down, or commit burglary, you truck must be parked in a manner befitting a male of the human species.
(Including, but not limited to, on curbs, sidewalks, retaining walls, lawns, golf courses, mall food courts, smaller cars.....etc.)
Photographic evidence must be provided in order to claim your title as 'Manliest Parker'. The judgement/scoring will be provided by the moderators, who coincidentally do not condone, and actually find fault with, such behavior.
Let the parking ticket drafting begin!!!

Being that I am a form of military police and all, I would also like to express my concern about this annual events prefferred area of such acts. Anywhere off military property is open game. (Mainly because I don't want to have to answer to my higher ups about this!)
So let the games begin!

Yes, as he mentioned, if you're dumb enough to think you can get away with parking like aman on a Naval base, Army post, Coast Guard pier...etc, then you deserve the charges drawn up against you. The same general rules apply to parking onCity/County/State Policeproperty. Yes, you've got *****, but the benefits do not outweigh the risks.
This is supposed to be good natured fun, not malicious or involving property damage. No, you do not get 'shock and awe' points if you manage to park your truck on top of a shiny new Porsche. (Unless you own the Porsche, and are cool with it being crushed.)
More than anything, we just want pictures.

Boo Boo Hiss Hiss!
I miss manly parking when I was in the Army. I use to park just were ever in the area of operations that we were at... along with everyone else too. I use to have a picture of my truck parked in the General's parking spot with his HummVee blocking me in (Is that manly enough?)... I just jumped the curb and drove away when he went into his office. He must have been in that Army Hummer for an hour in the heat waiting for me or the unsuspecting person/ persons to show up. I just watched him in the opposite Shopette in the A/C.
Sorry can not mention the base name. Classified.
My truck was not registered at the moment since I had just switched the old plates with new pllates and I did not have a military sticker on it since it had peeled off... I will try to dig up the picture though.

Try Fort Campbell, Ky from 1999 to 2002. I was with Transportation Company. Yippers it was on an Army post, but current enough I will admit. I was just saying if I was on the forum back then, then it would be in the running... IMO
