Paint Fade?

Thanks and so much fun to build. The biggest thing when it comes to paint is the prep. The smoother it is at the start, the better your final result. It's time consuming but soooo worth it in the end. Your truck can turn out badasd, just take your time and remember, it's not ready until you say it's ready.

Ask to see their work, take a real good look at everything they do. Find out what insurance companies they work with if they do collision work. If they're a custom shop, ask around, look them up online, see what references they might have.
Another thing is to just look around, is it a clean shop or a dump ? If a shop doesn't care about its appearance, why would they care about your car ? Always use your gut and ask plenty of questions.

No problem Eddie. I've been involved with paint and body for 25 years. I've seen shops come and go and some of the greats pass on. I hate to see someone wanting quality get burned by some pieve of crao out to sham a buck. It's not cool in my book.

took a look at a shop today.
the first thing i looked at was the shop and it was clean and organized.
I just wanted the exterior done and to get off the scratches knicks and where my clearcoat is starting to lift.
they gave me an estimate 600-700 bucks for just the exterior with black and clearcoat
