Default Painting the Frame

Im painting my frame with Chassis Saver paint. It very similar to POR-15. My question is should i worry about paint over the heads of bolts/threads. I dont want to have problems down the road trying to take them off

I dont know what POR-15 is, or chassis saver..but if it is not thicker than regular rust preventive paint it shouldn't be a problem for you. I used to paint mine every few years and I never had a problem getting bolts out. You dont want to build up enough on them however that it will change the size socket or wrench that it needs to remove it. If you do then you run the risk of striping the bolt heads down the road on removal.
If it is thick like Line-X for example, then I would avoid anything you are planning on removing during your ownership of the vehicle.
Good luck with your project.

If it is similar to POR-15, I'd keep it off from the threads. --
