Default Performance Center is the Shiz!!

Just ordered some JBA Cat4ward headers and a jet 180 T-stat from performancecenter.com.
I have a need for the items to be at my house no later than Monday, long and short of it is that I will be home to play with my truck on Monday and am taking off for Oregon on Thursday, only leaves me a day or so to install them. Newayz called the guy like five minutes before they closed and splained the situation. He called JBA directly to make sure they had them in stock and they did. Where do people go through lengths like that anymore. Even just called me back to confirm that everything is a go. I will buy from them again provided everything works out. Will let u all know.

It has taken me awhile to get some of my mods from them, but overall they are a pretty decent company. They also have some of the best prices on the web for everything!

Well I'm sorta bummed, the guy called me back this morning letting me know that JBA would not have the parts in for like two weeks. I kept the t-stat ordered with them. I ordered my headers from a guy that had them in stock at www.massivespeed.com pretty cool people there.

S'all good, paid an outrageous amount of money for 2nd day air. Should have the new tubes on sometime on tuesday. I'm driving my bad boy up to Oregon butt *** early thurdsay mornin. I'm contemplating having a performance cat put in as well. Has anyone done this and was it worth the money to you?

I've heard of guy doing it, but I wouldn't waste your money. All it is is a more free flowing cat. Hell, you can gut your cat and get the same effect.

The new cats on our trucks are soo efficient that you only gain like 1 hp even by removing them all together, I wanted to get mine out, but after learning this, I am leaving them in.

you should be careful. Gutting a cat can get very messy.

Plus there isn't muchmeat on them anyway!

Very true popo! The only reason for keeping the cat on after gutting is for "emission aesthetic" purposes if you will. It serves no damn purpose at all, but it complies with emission standards if your state requires it.
