Man... you guys are complaining about a little bit of cold weather.... I live in Alberta Canada! and last week it was -40 to -35 Celsius (-40 to -31F)for four days... that is cold.... a little + 35 in the middle of February would be heaven sent!! (smoke 20).... in fact 3 weeks ago I had to start my truck every 2.5 hours at work just to make sure that it would be able to start when I went home. now thats cold!

-2 when I got up today. I couldnt even imagine living somewhere that cold. When I was in Minnesota it would get so cold they said you can throw a cup of warm water out and it would freeze before it hit the ground. I wish I would have tried it but I stayed inside as much as i could.

I hear ya "Legacy".... Just last night, i was coming home around 6 PM and i started to slow down when i came to this 4 way intersection. When i got to it, the ole brake pedal started doin the ole pulsation thing (ABS). Needless to say, i did stop in time but i was wondering. It was about 10 degrees this morning @ 5:30 AM, and about noon, it seemed like it was like upper 30's, but now with the wind, its back being fridgid again. Sorry to hear about your truck getting dented, Knock on wood, i haven't put any dents or scratches in mine yet. When i bought it, it had a couple small dents, which looks more like from branches or something. They are about the size of a quarter, and in the lower half of the rear quarter panels, between the rear wheel wells and the rear bumper. I think the previous owner took it in the woods as when i bought it, it had alot of fine scratches along the side of the truck, and the underneath had a lil bit of mud under it also, plus, now get this, the truck is on the lot. I go to look @ it, and the saleslady asked me if i'd like to take it for a test drive, "Sure" i said, so she goes and gets the key, comes back, i get in, start er up, and just happened to notice there was a Bud Light beer bottle cap on the back seat, actually i think i found 2. They put brand new tires on it as i requested it if i was going to purchase it. They are made by Capital. They seem to be a decent tire so far. Actually they have been pretty good to me. Also when i purchased it, i never knew much about DRL's (Daytime Running Lights), but yet i always saw them "ON" on all the GM's vehicles. My headlights were staying on constantly. Even the guys at the dealer checked it and couldn't figure out why........ I had seen this small dime size hole in my dash, about mid way, near the windshield, but never give it a thought. One day, i was LQQKING @ my wifes Av and other Silverado's and noticed they "ALL" had a tinted dome piece sticking up out of that hole. Then it came to me why my headlights were constantly "ON". The sensor was detecting darkness as it had fell down thru the dash, and being dark under the dash, my headlights were always "ON". So i went to my dealership, and this is like a month after i bought it and explained it to them, what was happening, and the salesman payed to get that sensor out andreinstalled, out of his own pocket ($80.00). Sorry for the lengthy post guys, Jim

Since its pics of your truck, figured id put some up. The pic of the dent i took after the ice/snow/rain storm we had, and it ripped my tonneau cover.
