Default Is it possible to run subs off of factory radio?

I have 2 12" Type R 1500w subs that I took out of my Blazer sitting in the garage, I loved them but now that I can't fit them in my Silverado ext they're just sitting there. I found a good enclosure but wondering now if I can run these off of the factory radio since it doesn't have a subwoofer selection. If I install them I'll have them on at all times just like I did before, but using the seperate volume **** to lower them. Also, without different equalizer settings they'd always be running at the same setting. I had a Pioneer head unit with different sub settings, super bass, vocal, flat.. etc. Has this been done with the factory radio?

You will need an amplifier that has speaker level inputs.
