Unhappy possibly needing a new radiator ?

ok so know that i got almost all the bugs and quirks qorked out of my truck i have been driving it every where i go
and for the past couple days i have noticed a couple things with the radiator
the driverside of the radiator leaks coolant possibly the radiator or the power steering coolant hose not sure which yet
as the entire side is covered when i park it for the day
the leak looks like its comeing from where the fins meet up with the side as i watched it for an hour trying to figure out where it was comeing from
and then today i drove 6 miles then parked it i noticed coolant driping under the truck in the front i will be renting a coolant leak testor and doing that first before i jump to it being the radiator
and also the coolant overflow tank level droped from full hot toalmost nothing in it
also the wierd thing is my coolant temp says the enigne isnt getting hot even after 2-3 hours of driving althoaugh it reads at around 150 the guage does work as i replace the temp guage sensor
any ideas of where else the leak is coming from
i do know that my power steering hoses leak an there my next project to tackle
also i will be getting the radiator leak testor the one you put on where the cap goes then you pump it full of pressure an feel or look for leaks
im thinking maybe i can have it repaired before jumping to a new radiator
but i just want some opinions of what else it could be fore i go spending the 400 on an aluminum radiator

Im pretty sure it is the tanks. The tanks expand overtime from heat and pressure. A radiator shop can replace these and cost about half the price for a new radiator. Mine have been leaking for sometime now, does the exact same thing.
