Remember, if you get an intake, it won't fit b/c of your fan shroud... But you could make the redneck ramair...

We had to get out the snips and the dremel tool when we did my buddy's truck. Its was a close fit between the intake and the fan though.

When i put mine on we had to cut about an inch into the fan shroud to fit the intake tube, and had to cut off about 1/4 an inch of the actual tube so it didnt hit the fan. Somehow worked in the end so its all good.

you can get a modular intake tube and then do the redneck ram air... airaid's intake tube fits with a tbs without hitting the fan...

it adds more tone to the exhaust, and i noticed a little better throttle response... i put the tbs on the next day, so i dont know how much it affected mileage
