Projector HALO help?
Yea this is a long shot and I haven't been on this site much, i hope to change this soon. Anyways, I ordered some HALO projector headlamps (as the title states) for my 99 Silverado1500 maybe 5 months ago. The install and wiring were sadly easy, usually when an install is "easy" it was done wrong. My question to anyone who has HALO's, how/what did you wire them to? I have mine wired to my daytime running lights, HA you can't even tell their on! I've read maybe 10 reviews saying the illumination was "excellent" but the instructions (via internet) are "horrible". Ideas? Thanks!

Probably a little different but i have halo lights in my 96 cavalier.
i Wired them into the fuse for the radio and a on off switch so as long as the radio is on i can turn them on and off by a switch have had no problems with them but the the halos them self dont throw off much light unless its dark out.

I have halos on my 2000 sierra. On my truck there's 3 wires that go to the parking lights; power, one to make it flash, and one to make it stay solid when you turn the lights on. What I did was wire the halos and led's to the solid wire. So I can turn them on without having your daytime running lights on. I don't know if this answered your question or not.
Edit: Also the reason for the bumper/parking lights is because the bumper lights come on at night with the headlights, therefore the halos come on at night also.
