Question for Argon
Hey, just thought you would be the one to ask being a GM Tech.
I just bought an '07 Silverado (new body style) LT with the 4.8
Their is a red wire bundled up with tape coming out of the wire harness leading to the fuse block under the hood. This wire has a flat ring at the end of it. I haven't checked to see if the wire is live. Anyway, what is this wire for???? I have only one battery and it is located in the right rear of the engine compartment.
Even a guess would be helpful, Thanks
