Removed Dealership Label

I did can DOT. Up here it is called the MTO (Ministry of Transportation of Ontario)
They understood my frustration but the Safety Inspection states the tires must have a particular tread depth. And the dealership covered that.
The MTO (DOT) said there is a difference between the vehicle being SAFE to drive and being LEGAL to drive.
The dealership was in the right..there job was to make it SAFE to drive. but I'm still dissatisfied, and will NOT be doing business with that dealership again.
I'm very happy with True North Chev Olds in North Bay. They treat me like an old friend every time I visit.

Looks good! I refuse to provide free advertisement for someone.
As far as studded tires go, yeah, we would have to have a discussion on that one and I'll walk on a deal if the guy is a jerk, no matter how good of a deal it is. I don't like giving jerks my hard-earned money.

I had my truck delivered to my house, by the salesman. and he drove my old one back.
I never even got inside it, till I removed everything with their name on it. And it never went back to their dealership. Out here in CA most dealers have "rip-off", first and foremost on their minds when you walk onto their lot.
But that's just my personal opinion . . . . .
