My trucks suspension is totally stock, the truck has around 71,000 miles it and now the front end is riding like there is no travel left, and the front end rides way rougher than it use to, the steering is hunting all over the road also.

Do the front springs or torsions bars (to be honest I haven't even looked to see what it has sorry) go bad / droop this early, if so does this affect the alignment? it doesn't pull left or right it just wants to wander real easily. I want this things to drive like it was new. any suggestions out there.

Take it to a shop and have them check the front end. Most shops don't charge for this. You probably have a bad pitman arm, idler arm, shock, etc.
