strange problem with 97 1500

Question strange problem with 97 1500

i just noticed it about 20 mins ago when headin for some lunch.
with my wheel turned far left and start goin my truck hopps in the rearend, i dont know if its skippin gears in the diff or if my driveshaft is slowly some how fallin out. i dont know and this is my only mode of transpo. if anyone has any info that might be assistance PLEASE let me know.

Have you or a previous owner had any rear end gear work? That sounds like a posi rear end. You should have a limited slip that allows one wheel to free wheel in sharp turns. Does it only do it to the left?

i know the guy who owned it before me had the spider welded but ive had this truck for over a year and it hasnt done that but now it doesnt do it anymore, had to through so gear lube in and its perfect again

yeah i got that fixed now im tryin to take m steering wheel off and put a new one on but cant figure it out, i have the srs on my truck but i got a steering wheel without the airbag spot on it whats the easiest way to do that?

DIfferentials that are always locked are gonna do that. If you didnt notice it before is strange cause they will always hop when you make sharp turns.
