well guys and gals on this forum, i have had the luck to see the differences in dyno from two of the spacers....1 the AIRAID, 2 the JET, , and on an 04 Chevrolet 5.3 1500, theAIRAID made something like 1 horse and three foot pounds over the air aid, which i think is a BIG difference in product!! so for me i choose AIRAID so far, unless someone can prove me otherwise.

I feel Airaid and Jet Performance are two excellent producers of TBS's. As to which one is better, hell I have no idea. I've purchased a Jet Performance TBS and will be putting it on soon. I know BigTexasChevy has had Airaid in the past, so it will be interesting to see if there are any noticable gains.

All of you know the problems I've been having with my mods, but the I'll tell you a little about the one mod that worked. I installed the JetPerformance TBS and it was very easy to install. I didn't notice in difference in power, but throttle response is a hell of a lot better. I'm sure it will be a lot better once I get the correct damn cold air intake system for my truck!![:@] Anyway, there is no whistle at all for those of you who do not like the whistle. I haven't had enough time to tell if MPG has increased and I probably won't even test until I take a long trip with the family, because around town, I like to have fun!! So, I am pretty happy with the JetPerformance and I think it is decent quality and would certainly buy again.

Paid $50 for a Trans-Dapt with the swirls in it and basically got the same results, I'll let you know how the mileage is when I fill up.
