... can't figure this one out...

I'm checking the timing, and it's out of course. Where the mark is, is consistently in that spot... it doesn't waver side to side.

I know that if the line wavers, I need to go replace the chain and everything standing in my way of the chain. But it's not so far, so I think the chain's alright.

BUT, sometimes the line doesn't show up on the flash at all. It's not that it wavers side to side, but the odd flash it's not at all visible. Is that normal?
