Hi every one
I am asking for help on two issues.
1: My TOW HAUL MODE quit working last summer. At first it would work and then not work.
Now it will not work at all.
2: The curse control is not working at the same time.

On both I have not yet found the fuses, do to the fact that I lost my Operators Manual. That was a dump thing for me to do.

Any help to fix this would be appreciated.

If you cant find the fuses "do" to the fact that you lost your operators manual, you have more serious issues than not having your tow/haul mode and your "curse" control...

 

Ok, now that that is out of the way... There is a fuse box under your hood on the drivers side, and a fuse panel on the drivers side of the dashboard, all the fuses are labeled... good luck and check for disconnected wires...

 

if it worked intermittently for a while before it quit, its not very likely to be a fuse. i'd say the switch in the shifter is probably bad

 

My 2003 Silverado has the same problem. I was told to check the wires in back of the rubber boot on the shifter lever. Theres a Green wire, that has a tendancy to break over time. I haven't had time to check mine out yet but will eventually. Good luck, let me know if thats the problem as mine was working intermittently as well, then i'd manually shift the tranny down 1 gear, then push the tow/haul mode button and it would work, then it stopped working all together, now when needed, i shift it down 1 gear and off i go.
