The legal system doesn't work:

Yesterday some little 12 year old "gangstas" were riding bikes around my neighborhood, no big deal. Well one goes up to my neighbor asking for help on his bike. Something about low pressure in his tire. My neighbor is in his late 40's, Italian, super nice guy. So my neighbor drags out a compressor and is more than happy to help him out. Now my neighbor is distracted. One of the other kids, on foot, starts grabbing **** off of the guys porch across the street from him. Pocketing cigarettes, a pair of sunglasses and trying to make off with a BMX bike. My neighbor (the Italian guy) sees it and runs him down. Now the other kids start approaching him, but so do I and the guy across the street who’s cigarettes they stole. Here is the best part. The skinny 12 year old with the bike in his hands (stoned out of his mind form what I can tell)wants to face off with the Italian guy! I mean this kid was 90 lbs soaking wet! Finally it hit him that his buddies split when me and the guy across the street got there. Panics, drops the bike and makes a run for it. My neighbor calls the (useless) Pittsburgh Police (sorry Popo, nothing personal. Cops in some places are good, not these ones)and when I get back from the gym, he tells me that the police basically just shrugged their shoulders and left. Next time I AM calling the Police, pulling the slide back on my 45 while on the phone with them and saying "you have 10 minutes before you need the Coroner". Then hanging up!

Reason number 142,679,834 i need to get away from the city. I MISS THE COUNTRY!!!

ya know, i dont understand how people get off on destroying and taking property from others...im not gonna say it doesnt happen at all here in the south, but it does happen alot less...no jury in the world would convict a homeowner of murder for killing a teenager on his property at night...im 18 and ive never understand why kids enjoy doing that? why is it fun to destroy property someone else worked so hard to earn...its bull****

See here in the "stubborn" states, if you shoot someone for being on your property you are pretty much screwed. You better have a good reason to shoot them or they will own you. Like they were hurting you, your family, or aiming a gun at you. Other than that, you shoot them and they live then they can sue your *** off. They die and you don't have a good reason then their family can sue your *** off.

COMPLETE BULL SH*T IF YOU ASK ME!!!!

I THINK IF YOU ARE THAT DUMB, THEN LET ME EDUCATE YOU!!! BANG!

I think the violence would work and I would turn my back and say I seen nothing or heard nothing... Beat the Fockers!!!! Break one finger at a time is the way I would do it!

I like the way most of you think.

This isn't the first time I've been egged. It however is the first time I wasn't in the car when it happened.

Back when I was 16 or so, my buddies and I were driving around late one night and as we passed this park, something smashed against the front passenger window. I slowed down, stopped, got out and looked, and yup, it was egg all right. I turned the car around and 4 of us got out to search the park. Off in the distance we could hear the faint sounds of footsteps running away from us, but the next thing you know, my buddy Jared found some kid hiding behind a tree with an empty carton of eggs at his side.

We took him with us as we walked over to a well lit spot, which ended up being a fire station, where we were going to write down his name, address, and see if we couldn't get him to turn on his buddies. I managed to get only his name down before we were surrounded by his reinforcements. Apparently someone had seen this guy get caught, and told the others to come back.

They had 7 guys, we only had 4. The odds stacked against us like that made us question the beatdown we wanted to administer.

Then, a frickin cop shows up, doesn't listen to a fockin word we have to say, and just tells us if we all don't get lost he'll arrest us.

One word.... GAY!!!! We could have made the front page story the next morning. 'Vigilante Justice Prevails'.

I would have thrown him in the back of your truck, took all his clothes, and tie him somewhere high, then use him for target practice and leave him there with a polite explanation of what went down, (don't sign it)!! I wonder how a paintball to the naked skin feels like?? hahahahaha.

i was driving through my buddies nieghborhood in my company truck today and i see these 2 young girls, maybe 10-12 years old and they were just kinda looking at me i didnt think nothing of it i stopped at the stop sign in front of the house and i hear WHAM! turned over and looked and they both took off running. They threw a rock at the truck or something. i thought there really lucky i was in company uniform and a company truck because if it had been my personal vehicle i would have gone flip ****ty. i really didnt feel like taking the time out of my day to track them down and find there parents because its a work truck anyway and has a few dings, but its the point that they did it

Man ya'll have some rough luck. I hope I don't run into any crap like this in Tennessee. In Florida they passed a law about a year or so ago that basically in short words says if someone is enters your house uninvited, you have the right to kill them because as far as the court is concerned, they had intentions of stealing or killing or both. What you could do is use that to your advantage. Find the jerk that pranks you, stand him up in front of the front door and blow his guts out, then call the police to come clean it up and send your home owners insurance a bill, LOL!
