Default 2000 International 4700 7.3L keeps shutting off.

Hey there, can anybody help? I have just gotten this International 4700 rollback tow truck and the engine keeps shutting off on me. It hadn't been on the road in almost a year, so I changed the oil, oil filter, air filter, coolant filter (which was really bad and kept changing the new water I was putting in the system to a rust color), I put a can of sea foam in the tank and only gave it 12 gallons to keep the cleaner pretty concentrated (says mix with 8-35 gallons), drained the fuel bowl, changed the fuel filter, andI justchanged the oil again after nearly 60 minutes total of the motor running to get everything out from inside the motor. The dash rapidly flashes a light on the top left corner that says "OIL\WATER" after a few seconds of running and shuts off the motor within 2 minutes. The motor can fire right back up and continue flashing the lighs and turning off. On saturday when I first got this truck, this problem occured just the same, but after filling coolant into the system, the motor initially stopped shutting off and although the same "OIL\WATER" light was still on, it did make a drive of nearly 25 miles of in-city and highway 65 MPH driving. White smoke appeared at times at higher RPM's while accelerating which is expected of a motor that hadn't ran in so long, all in all, the motor felt great and I am under the impression that this is just some sensor or something along that line. Any tips or anybody out there have a manual with diagnostic codes (dash does have a diagnostics button that works and when pushed the "OIL\WATER" light and a "WARN ENGINE" flash in speratic patterns as if to be putting out a codefor the problem, but I don't have a manual). Any help is greatly appreciated.

Default RE: 2000 International 4700 7.3L keeps shutting off.

most likely it was a sensor in your coolant system and it wasnt seein enough coolant in your system and im not 100% sure on your vehicle but on big rigs they have a emergency engine shut down and when a light is flashin like that most likey thats what it was it was shuttin down your motor automatically toprevent major enginedamage happen to it.
