Default '95 12v Cummings; Buy or Not?

It would be easier to show the pictures of the truck by linking to the craigslist ad.

95 Dodge Ram Cummins 12v

As for information on the truck, this is what I received from the guy. I know the 12v is a good series engine, but how much is it worth paying for? It looks like a brand new coat of paint, so I'm not sure if that's to hide anything.

"it has so many upgrades to sit here and type to be honest with you. 4k Governor kit and 150lb valve springs to go with it. just to name a few"

"its 5.9with a bigger 62mm turbo setup. 4 inch turbo back exaust. the tranny had the upgraded torque converter installed about 70k ago. has one ton axles under it with possi 4.10 in the rear i beleive and locker in the front. it is a 4x4 and the interior is power everything. new headliner and floor carpet. truck does not have one spot of rust underneath. Auto and i would take 9000."

Thank you for your time / opinions.

10 grand is a lot of dough for an 18 year old truck. Also, I understand those older diesels are hardly bulletproof....Cracked heads being a big issue

But, if you like it..............

That is it "IF YOU LIKE IT THAT MUCH" but it's not worth 10 Gs
Ya he did a lot of work to it in the frame off resto... but it won't raise the value of the truck cause it's not a collector's truck. But if you like it that much it might be worth 10,000 to you

I was figuring 6-7 grand at most.

I just sent him another email to ask him how much HP it's putting out. Wouldn't like to have to buy a built tranny a couple months into owning it.
