95 k1500 rear traction bars/ladder bars?

Default 95 k1500 rear traction bars/ladder bars?
I'm looking at getting a rough country 6" lift and I was gonna run 35x12.50 tires and I was wondering whether I should get ladder bars or are they unnecessary?
