I bought a 99 F350 4X4 7.3 liter with 91k Miles on it about 2 months ago. I would not normally just jump on a forum to ask a question like this but i cant find it after multiple attempts. On the passenger side of the truck when the truck is sitting and off it will end up with a puddle under it just under the crossmember and below the steering damper. It appears as if this has taken place for some time as this part of the crossmember is clean from fuel drippage. There is an open steel tube which is attached to the cylinder head on that side which on occasion looks moist, there is little to no appearance of wetting above the crossmember leading me to to believe it is from this tube.

If you have had a similar issue or know what this tube does please help me out.

Also I am curious as to if anyone has a .PDF or the like of the factory service manual if noone has had this issue.
