2006 shudder and shacking

I have a 2006 F-250 4-door short bed Amarillo package, I am the original owner. The truck has the factory 20" wheels with the original 275/65/20 tires with just over 32K on the truck. I rotate every fluid change; the tires are in great shape. Since the truck was new I noticed a slight shutter under hard acceleration but really never paid much attention to it. Now for my HUGE PROBLEMS that I have had NO luck with fixing. I had a 6" Pro Comp suspension lift installed by a reputable dealer/installer. The moment I picked up the truck and pulled out of the shop the shutter had become a lot worse but was only there during take off under any kind of acceleration, hard or normal. I talked to my ford dealer’s service manager and he told me to bring it in. after a computer update, shims, and a new 3 piece drive shaft my problem is only slightly better. I have been told i need a one piece drive shaft but the drive train specialties in town says that is crazy. Any suggestions? Now #2, after leaving the shop where the lift was installed, I hit a rough patch in the road and the front end of the truck started shacking like mad, literally jerked the steering wheel out of my hands. I had stuff flying out of the door pockets, it was insane. I had to slow to about 15mph before the shacking would stop. Nobody can even believe what I am telling them, they can not grasp what is happening, they look at me like I am crazy. I have managed to find one person that had the same problem after a lift but he says his tires were bad. I have a buddy that owns a few tire shops and he does not see how it could be the tires. I have been told that I need bigger tires since I put the lift on the truck, my tire guy does not see how bigger tires will fix any of my problems. So do I need a one piece DS and bigger tires or is it something else? Please help I can not even drive the truck on the highway because the seams will make the truck go into this shacking and I have to stop to make it go away. The thing sits most of the time, I hate seeing it just sitting there. If anyone has any suggestions please help.
