Default 4.10 limited slip

I'm haveing some problems with my 02 350 dually. The rear end is staying locked in I think. Can anybody give me any idea on how to check. I did lift the back up an both tire would spin the same way, and if I'm right they should.

If you feel one side hopping when you make a tight turn then it is staying locked. The easiest way to tell is go to a parking lot where there is enough room to make a tight circle if it is locked you will definitely know it.

Thanks you for your reply. I know that if my front hubs are locked in it is hard to make a tight turn but didn't know that about the back. Does it matter if i'm going forward or backwards?
