Default 88 F250 Lariat rebuild/upgrade

Alright...I have decided to take a totally different route with my truck. I have an 88 F250 XLT Lariat 5.8L 4x4 with a 351w. I am going to totally remove the 351w and put a 7.5L 460 in it. I know this was an option for this year. So if I find that engine from that year it should bolt right up to my mounts and big block tranny. Right? What all am I going to have to upgrade to make it work with the big block? Also, I've got body questions. I'm going to try and attach pics of what I'm aiming to fix. It's krinkled on the back right corner. Is it cheapest and best to bend it all back out or just put a new bed on it? I'm also gonna end up painting the bastard while I have the engine and stuff out. So the body is coming first.

According to Ford the new engine you plan on installing will mount up with your transmission
