Default 99 7.3L 250 losses power going uphill

Hi

I am new here, looking for answers or advice. I recently moved to high elevation in the mountains and the truck ran fine for a few weeks but recently started to act up only on the highway and when accelerating uphill. When accelerating you will hear the turbo wind up and then the motor will loose power shutter a little bit and have no acceleration. when I pull over it will run rough when its still in drive but as soon as i put it in park it will idle normal. When I continue uphill, it will then shift through the gears fine until overdrive and then start it over again. It has stalled a few times when i stop. From my researd I have heard everything from the tranny going out to cam position sensor, cloged fuel screen, bad oil pump and some others.

Has anyone had this exact problem here? I drive mountains a lot so I need to figure this out asap. Anything would help thanks
