How to disable...
Ok, a weird question.
About to take my '05 F350 on a long trip. Been watching 'bait car' and am a little astonished how fast these little thieves drive off with stuff that they don't own.
So if I leave my truck somewhere and wish to disable it, what would be an easy thing to remove, perhaps the fuel pump relay, and where is it located, something fairly easy for me to do that would prevent theft. Any suggestions much appreciated.
Thanks!

I would imagine that would work. Why let them tamper with it at all? Get a good alarm and starter kill. Crimeguard is what I had installed in mine. It comes with an impact sensor so is tapped, will trigger a warning chirp. If really smacked will trigger the alarm. It also has glass breakage sensors. Also, a 'club' steering wheel lock will stop all but the most professional thieves.
