Default Engine missing and smoking

Hi Can you please help me
I have a 1989 P3500 with 350 5.7 that statred to miss and smoke I took it to a garage the checked and they disn't fix it I went to two GM Dealers no computer codes, they didn't faund why is missing and smoking but they changed: TPS,Map sensor,TBI,IAC,distri madual,spark plugs two times, wires ,cup and rotor,coil,thermosta,temperature sensor,computer,EGR, intake manifold guskets,O2 sensor and is smoking more now! I puled the the wire off the O2 sensor to day and the fault lite didn't light up and the computer didn't register any codes?? one more thing is it posible to convert from TBI to Carburator?
