Default Need Your Assistance! Wiring for Trailer

I drive a 2006 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and recently purchased a used trailer to pull a waverunner. I also purchased a hitch package to make life easier. Well, here's the problem - there is no power being supplied to the trailer. I checked the fuse inside the cab and also under the hood (even had them inspected by a professional) and it was confirmed that power is being provided by the fuse boxes. So, there is a problem somewhere between the fuse box and the trailer plug on the hitch. Has anyone run into a problem like this or have any idea what may be causing the problem? This has been very frustrating, as both my dealer (and businesses they refer me to) seem to have no idea what to do, or what it could be. One person mentioned a "converter" as the problem, but I don't know what that means.

Any assistance is much appreciated!!

James

If I remember right you have to "pull" wires from under the fuse box and hook them up to the aux power lugs....check this post https://www.truckforums.com/m_32364/tm.htm
