Default tuning the carb on 88 chevy

Ok, i have an 88 chevy cheyenne with the 4.3. how exactly do i tune the carb.?
i would first like to know if i can increase the idle a little bit. Im assuming there is a screw.. where will i find it?
also, i think its running a little rich. the reason i think this is when i, for example, am taking a corner in 2nd gear (3rd if you count low) at about 10 to 15 mph, it bogs down and you can feel it slow down. but the second you straighten the steering wheel, it takes off like normal. would the engine being rich cause this??
or can you think of something else?? how would i fix this?

yeah man it is a EFI ... try some injector cleaner , or it may be something wrong with the trans kick down cable , (tv)cable

or maybe even your power steering if its having problems on turns you might have too much drag in the steering bogging it down.
