Hey all, just joined this forum and as I am a new member I figured I'd make a post in the New Member Area. I'm currently starting a new job which will eventually lead to bigger and better things... perhaps even a new truck. With that said I do have a question.

I am new to trucks for the most part and I'm not brand particular if there are any good forum discussions here or anywhere else on, where to start when looking for a truck, could someone point me in the right direction? I don't want to waist your time with questions that probably have been already asked and answered.

I look forward to a reply and if more information is needed about what I'm looking for I'll be happy to share, however, I'd like to start my research as broad as possible and funnel it down to at most 3 different models. This will be a bit of a project for me and I'd love to soak up as much info as possible with an open-mind. Thanks.

Its really a matter of what you plan to do as far as which truck is right. Do you plan on offroading, do you plan on just driving it to work? Are you looking for fuel mileage?
