Has anybody been to kansas rocks at all?
i am trying to find places around kansas city
to go offroading preferably legal places

Never heard of Kansas Rocks... There is a place that is legal to off-road out near Manhattan, KS (7000 Acres) that is pretty good, but that is probably a little farther than you are looking to go.
