Need help with truck selection, beginner.
Hey all,
I just gathered enough money to afford my own truck and I need some help on figuring out which one to get. Ideally, it would be a V6 with a bench seat and two jump seats behind it, not a full crew cab. (I'm a truck novice so I might not be using the lingo properly). Also I'd like to avoid the newer trucks. That's more an atheistic choice than anything else, but I like the older, blockier trucks from the 70's and 80's.
I currently use my dad's '86 Suburban, which is a huge gas hog and has a lot of wasted space. At max I transport 5 people, so I don't need a full crew cab. Also if there's a short bed version of a truck that fits what I've described that would be excellent. Our street doesn't have much room between all the trucks and trailers.
Thanks y'all,
