2002 silv. 1500 2wd wont start

2002 silv. 1500 2wd wont start
so we just replaced the fuel pump cause thats what was originally wrong, replaced fuel filter and pump relay still wont start thinkin maybe the egr? also only has about 4 gallons of gas in it could that effect it? help ASAP please.....
