Default wiper problem

I can't shut off wipers without pulling fuse. Local auto parts store said to replace wiper motor harness, a mere $ 120.00, which requires cutting into vehicle harness and using butt splice connectors to attach to make connection there. Does that sound right to you.

NO That doesn't sound right LOL
Your wiper has a circuit board inside it. This has most likely failed.
Buy a replacement motor, that should solve your problem.

Come back and let us know how it turns out

I have been told you can get just the board......Might be just as cheap to get a whole unit though
